Senior Revenue Operations Manager (f/m/d)
OUR PURPOSE AT PLANCRAFT
Building the backbone of European trades – together, with modern software and smart AI solutions.
We don’t just develop software – we’re on a mission to give tradespeople and contractors more room to focus on what matters. We do this by providing a practical SaaS solution that works the way they do: fast, efficient, and without unnecessary administrative overhead. Supported by smart AI features exactly where they make a real difference in everyday work.
Backed by Tier 1 investors from Europe and the US such as Headline and Creandum, and with more than 30,000 craftspeople as our customer base, we are scaling across Europe to turn individual, scattered businesses into connected and successful communities.
We believe in zero admin, not zero personality – and we build every feature with the people wearing safety boots in mind, not suits. We’re excited to shape the future together as a team, staying grounded in our mission to empower the builders and makers of tomorrow.
YOUR MISSION AT PLANCRAFT
As a Senior Revenue Operations Manager (f/m/d) you own Process Excellence across the entire customer lifecycle. You design, implement, and govern the cross-functional processes that connect Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Enablement.
You start with the commercial outcome: understanding how a process impacts conversion, retention, efficiency, or revenue before designing the solution. By combining process design, automation, AI, and operational rigor, you ensure our GTM engine scales consistently across markets, reduces friction, and protects conversion from lead generation through renewal and expansion.
RevOps at plancraft is a commercial function, not a service desk. You operate as a strategic GTM partner and use systems, data, automation, and enablement as levers to drive business outcomes. This role is set up with a clear growth path. Depending on your experience and the impact you demonstrate, it is designed to grow into a Team Lead position for our Operations Managers. We want you to prove operational excellence first, set standards the wider team follows, and grow into leadership from there. For a strong candidate with prior lead exposure, that path can be shorter.
Your Responsibilities
Own and continuously improve cross-functional GTM processes across lead generation, sales, onboarding, activation, retention, renewal, and expansion.
Design, implement, document, and govern scalable process standards that improve efficiency and commercial performance.
Define and standardize lifecycle stages, handoffs, and SLAs across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Enablement.
Monitor process performance, identify conversion leakage, and drive measurable improvements across the customer lifecycle.
Build and maintain AI-powered automations and workflows that eliminate manual work and increase operational leverage.
Lead operational rollouts across Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Spain, and Italy while adapting processes to local market requirements.
Translate strategic market priorities into scalable execution, including onboarding journeys, workflows, content operations, and tool configurations.
Build and own the GTM Process Library as the single source of truth for process documentation, onboarding, and change management, and set the standards our Operations Managers work to.
Coach our Operations Managers (Sales Ops, CS Ops, Marketing Ops) on process design, automation, and governance, raising the bar for how the team operates.
Own cross-functional process change from design and stakeholder alignment through rollout, adoption, and impact measurement.
Partner closely with Operations Managers to review process design, resolve cross-functional challenges, and establish consistent operating standards.
Enable GTM teams through documentation, training, and process best practices, with a focus on driving lasting behavior change.
Run regular process audits, KPI reviews, and operational health checks as a recurring cadence the team follows, to ensure process integrity and adoption.
YOUR PROFILE
Must-haves:
4–7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
Proven experience owning cross-functional GTM processes end-to-end, from design and rollout to governance and optimization.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes, evaluate trade-offs, and build right-sized solutions.
Data-driven mindset with experience using qualitative and quantitative insights to improve commercial performance.
Hands-on experience building AI and automation workflows with tools such as n8n, Make, or similar platforms.
Deep HubSpot expertise, including lifecycle stages, workflows, routing, segmentation, governance, and reporting.
Strong systems thinking with a focus on scalable architecture, process clarity, and operational excellence.
Ability to influence stakeholders through structure, communication, and sound judgment rather than formal authority.
Experience with Notion, business intelligence tools, and operational documentation.
Fluent English.
Track record of delivering measurable process improvements with clear business impact.
Nice-to-haves:
Experience mentoring or coaching operations people, or setting standards other operators follow.
Interest in growing into a people-leadership role, with evidence you can raise the bar across a team.
Experience working with SPICED, ICP frameworks, or similar GTM methodologies.
Solid SQL skills and experience working with data warehouses.
Fluent or near-fluent German.
Experience supporting multi-market GTM organizations across Europe.
Familiarity with product-led growth or self-serve operating models.
Additional language skills in Spanish, Italian, or Dutch.
