Senior RF Planning Engineer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior RF Planning Engineer to lead the design, optimization, and implementation of advanced wireless communication networks. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and performance optimization of RF networks (2G/3G/4G/5G), ensuring optimal coverage, capacity, and quality of service (QoS). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of RF principles, network design tools, and practical deployment strategies for modern mobile and wireless systems.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in RF planning and optimization for cellular networks.
• Proven expertise in 4G LTE and 5G NR technologies, with understanding of 2G/3G legacy networks as a plus.
• Experience with RF planning tools such as Atoll, Planet, TEMS, Actix, or similar.
• Proficient in drive test data analysis, post-processing, and RF troubleshooting.

Skills:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of wireless network architecture, propagation models, and radio technologies.
• Familiarity with industry standards (3GPP, ITU), and regulatory requirements.
