Senior Royalties Analyst

What you'll do:
- Encode artist contracts in the royalty accounting system
- Prepare and verify royalty statements and reports for artists
- Distribute statements and support artists in using the portal
- Handle the payment process and support month-end closing
- Respond to artist inquiries regarding settlements
- Support the implementation and development of royalty systems and tools
- Collaborate with collective rights management organizations
- Prepare reports and analyses (local and international)
Who you are:
- Strong experience in a similar role within Finance or Royalties
- Very good knowledge of Excel and SAP
- Fluent communication in English and Polish
- Relevant education (finance, accounting) and understanding of copyright law basics
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and deadline-driven person
- Ability to analyze data and clearly communicate conclusions
