Senior RPA Developer

We’re looking for an experienced RPA Developer to join a high-performing team and contribute to the design, development, and support of business-critical automation solutions. This role combines strong technical expertise with process optimization capabilities, offering an opportunity to deliver impactful solutions that improve operational efficiency and support key business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere (A360 preferred).
• Build and maintain web automation workflows and browser-based processes.
• Create, troubleshoot, and optimize Excel VBA macros integrated with automation solutions.
• Support and enhance existing bots, ensuring performance and reliability.
• Work with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements.
• Prepare process documentation and support testing and production deployments.
• Monitor bot performance and ensure compliance with security and governance standards.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in RPA development using Automation Anywhere (A360 preferred), including web automation, Excel/VBA macros, and browser-based workflows.
• Strong understanding of the complete RPA development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Experience working with APIs, databases, and file-based integrations.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with finance processes such as Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), or billing.
• Familiarity with SAP, ERP systems, or other enterprise finance platforms.
• Exposure to additional automation tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, or Alteryx.
• Knowledge of audit, SOX controls, and compliance requirements.
