Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the on-chain order book and matching engine in Rust
- Design exchange-specific execution, risk, account, and state-management logic
- Develop state transition, consensus, validator, and transaction-processing components
- Integrate oracles, bridges, and external data providers
- Optimize latency, concurrency, and gas efficiency
- Conduct benchmarking and stress testing
- Develop unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
Requirements
- 5+ years of systems programming experience and 3+ years in Rust
- Experience building trading platforms, execution engines, or exchanges
- Contributions to Rust-based L1 protocol projects
- Deep understanding of distributed computing, consensus, P2P networking, and high-performance data structures
- Knowledge of on-chain order books, AMMs, and hybrid architectures
- Ability to independently design and implement production-grade systems
