Senior Sales Engineer (Packaging/Semiconductor)
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Support the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across manufacturing, industrial, electronics, automotive, logistics, and related sectors.
- Conduct customer visits, presentations, and solution discussions to understand business needs and propose suitable packaging or supply chain solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial presentations while following up closely on sales opportunities.
Key Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term business retention and growth.
- Serve as a key contact for customers, ensuring prompt response to inquiries, issue resolution, and service excellence.
- Collaborate with customers to identify opportunities for cost optimization, packaging improvement, and operational efficiency.
Project & Solution Coordination
- Work closely with internal engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to deliver customized solutions that meet customer specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate project implementation, sampling, testing, and solution roll outs to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor customer project progress and ensure deliverables are completed efficiently and effectively.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer developments to identify growth opportunities and risks.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and activity reports for management review.
- Support budgeting and sales planning activities to align with business objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with operations, procurement, customer service, and technical teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Packaging Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4–6 years of sales or business development experience, preferably within industrial packaging, logistics, manufacturing, or B2B solution-based industries.
- Experience managing key accounts and handling project-based sales is an advantage.

- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
