Senior Sales Engineer (Semiconductor)

🔵Salary: up to $6,500 (Depends on experience)

🔵Working hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm, Mon – Fri

Our client are looking for a driven and technically strong Senior Sales Engineer (Semiconductor) to grow their business and build lasting customer partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Grow the Business — Strengthen key accounts and develop new opportunities in Singapore and emerging growth sectors across the region

• Solve Customer Challenges — Understand manufacturing processes and recommend effective chemical and surface-finishing solutions

• Be the Technical Partner — Provide hands-on consultation, troubleshooting, and on-site support to customers

• Bring Solutions to Market — Drive product trials, qualifications, and new product introductions

• Build Strong Partnerships — Develop collaborative relationships with customers, colleagues, and international technology partners across Southeast Asia

• Deliver Results — Develop account strategies and drive revenue, profitability, and sustainable growth

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related discipline

• 5–8 years of B2B technical sales experience, preferably in industrial or specialty chemicals or surface finishing

• Semiconductor experience preferred

• Experience in electroplating or precision engineering is a strong advantage

• Strong technical problem-solving skills — able to translate chemical/process knowledge into practical customer solutions
