Senior Sales Engineer

You will serve as the primary presales technical contact, demonstrating vulnerability intelligence solutions and guiding customers through adoption, integration, deployment, and optimization. You will lead proof-of-value engagements, provide technical consulting, develop scripts, troubleshoot issues, train customers, and relay product feedback.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with prospects and customers.
• Lead proof-of-value engagements and ensure successful technical validation.
• Gather customer feedback and advocate for product enhancements.
• Provide technical consulting and customize integrations with data platforms, vendor tools, and existing processes.
• Train prospects and customers, troubleshoot proof-of-value issues, and respond to product inquiries.
• Develop custom scripts and troubleshoot performance issues involving the API, data fidelity, and CLI/SDK.
• Guide customers through adoption and integration of security products.
• Provide technical support and strategic guidance to optimize security operations.
• Assist with setup, deployment, optimization, and issue resolution.
• Ensure solutions align with customers' security objectives.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of the cybersecurity product landscape, focused on vulnerability management.
• Understanding of incident response, vulnerability management, and SOC operations.
• Ability to develop and maintain Python scripts.
• Experience working with APIs and JSON.
• Ability to build workflows in SIEM, SOAR, TIP, or similar security platforms.
• Experience with mentorship responsibilities.
• 5+ years of experience as a pre-sales engineer in the cybersecurity industry.
• Familiarity with Go.
