Job Title: Senior Sales Executive (Real Estate)
Location: Lagos / Ibadan

Salary: ₦600,000 Base + Attractive Commission per Sale

About the Role

Land Republic is seeking experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executives to join its real estate sales team. This is a performance-driven role for professionals with a proven track record of closing high-value property transactions and consistently generating revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and achieve a monthly sales target.
• Manage your sales pipeline from lead to allocation.
• Drive collections and ensure successful deal completion.
• Conduct client meetings, inspections, and site visits.
• Maintain accurate CRM records (Zoho CRM preferred).
• Manage clients throughout the payment plan cycle.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in real estate sales.
• Verifiable record of ₦300 million+ in cumulative invoiced sales within the last 24 months.
• Strong collections and client relationship management experience.
• CRM proficiency (Zoho CRM is an advantage).
• Willingness to work on-site and travel when required.

Additional Information

• 2-month probation period, subject to performance.
