* Prepare quotations, tenders and project proposals.

* Meet clients, conduct site visits and understand project requirements.

* Follow up on sales enquiries and negotiate contracts.

* Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors during project execution.

* Build long-term relationships with customers and business partners.

* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

* Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM records.

* Assist the Sales Director in implementing sales strategies.

* Support marketing and customer service activities.
