Senior Sales Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
Secure sales for the property to maximise revenue and achieve or exceed budget targets.
Develop new business and maintain existing accounts across all market segments through daily sales calls and prospecting.
Grow the property’s long-stay and extended-stay market share.
Conduct regular site inspections with key and potential clients.
Monitor account productivity and propose action plans.
Prepare and submit sales and revenue reports on time.
Supervise Sales staff.
Opportunity to be involved in online sales.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the hospitality or related industry.
Experience in Corporate, Relocation, and Corporate Housing segments is an advantage.
Results-driven with the ability to meet sales targets.
Positive, energetic, and able to multitask with a can-do attitude.
