Senior Sales Operations Analyst

This is a strategic sales operations role supporting a fast-growing partner and channel sales organization in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
You will work closely with partner leadership to optimize day-to-day operations and build scalable processes that support global growth.
The role combines analytics, process design, project management, systems optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will help launch new partner programs, improve sales workflows, and turn complex operational challenges into practical solutions.
As a subject-matter expert, you will influence how partner sales teams use processes, technology, and data to improve productivity.
The position offers significant autonomy and exposure to senior stakeholders in a dynamic, performance-oriented environment.
This is a remote opportunity for U.S.-based candidates, excluding the San Francisco Bay, New York City, and Washington, D.C. metro areas.
Accountabilities:
- Partner directly with partner leadership and program teams as the primary Sales Operations point of contact for partner sales needs.
- Manage and continuously improve partner sales processes, ensuring they are scalable, repeatable, efficient, and aligned with global sales policies and systems.
- Contribute to the strategic design and launch of new partner programs, including operational playbooks, cross-functional alignment, and change management.
- Own project objectives, milestones, and deliverables with minimal supervision, managing smaller projects and complex cross-functional workstreams from initiation through completion.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert for sales processes involving channel and partner organizations, advising stakeholders on process design, system enhancements, and operational issues.
- Design and implement solutions to complex operational challenges and improve tools and workflows used across the partner sales organization.
- Support user acceptance testing and enhancements for Salesforce and other sales technology platforms.
- Build, maintain, and improve reports, dashboards, and operational workflows that provide actionable visibility into partner sales performance.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, surface opportunities, monitor KPIs, and inform business decisions.
- Proactively identify, prioritize, and execute process and system improvements that increase productivity for partner-facing sales teams.
- Coordinate effectively across sales, finance, deal desk, partner programs, and other cross-functional stakeholders with competing priorities.
- Present operational insights, recommendations, and project updates to senior and executive leadership.
- Champion a customer-focused, growth-oriented, inclusive, and collaborative approach while supporting the organization's continued global scale.
- 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a related operational or strategic role supporting sales organizations in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and scaling sales processes, policies, and operational programs.
- Proven ability to manage projects and complex workstreams end-to-end while maintaining strong organizational discipline.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce and the broader sales technology ecosystem, including the ability to build and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience working with large datasets to identify insights, track KPIs, and support business decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional programs and coordinate stakeholders with different priorities and objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting recommendations and business insights to senior or executive leadership.
- Strong business judgment, initiative, adaptability, and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
- Bachelor's degree or higher; a background in business, finance, economics, or a related discipline is advantageous.
- Experience supporting channel, reseller, or partner sales programs within a B2B SaaS environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with partner relationship management platforms or indirect sales systems is a plus.
- Experience collaborating with deal desk, finance, and partner program teams on cross-functional process development is desirable.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a genuine interest in understanding how businesses, processes, people, and technology work together.
- Annual base salary range of $79,432.50–$120,150, with actual compensation dependent on factors including location, knowledge, skills, and experience.
