The Senior Sales Process Transformation & Project Manager is responsible for leading the transition, standardization, and continuous improvement of Sales Administration processes into the Shared Service Center in Poland. This role drives the design of scalable operating models, governance frameworks, and performance standards to ensure efficient and consistent sales support across international business units. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, the role leads transformation initiatives, manages process migrations, and enables operational excellence through harmonization, digitalization, and continuous improvement.
