Senior Salesforce Administrator - CPQ / Revenue Cloud (f/m/x)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our Quote-to-Cash capability team. You will play a crucial role in optimizing and evolving our Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementation, ensuring seamless quoting for complex hardware and software bundles. This hybrid position is based in Cracow, where you will collaborate with Sales Operations, Finance, and Technology teams to enhance our CPQ and Billing processes. • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a complex, multi-currency environment
• Proven, deep experience configuring Salesforce CPQ, with a minimum of 3 years of Sales Cloud experience and hands-on experience in at least one large full lifecycle Salesforce CPQ implementation
• Background in managing subscription lifecycles, including Amendments, Renewals, and Co-terming within Salesforce
• Mastery of Salesforce Flows, with the ability to build complex logic without needing an Apex developer
• Strong problem-solving skills to debug complex pricing waterfall issues and calculation errors under pressure
• Ability to explain technical CPQ constraints to non-technical business stakeholders in Finance and Sales
• Advanced level of English
• Availability to work from the Kraków office up to 2 days per week
