Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the Salesforce Sales Cloud environment.
Configure and optimize Salesforce to support business processes.
Build and maintain automations using Salesforce Flow and other declarative tools.
Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.
Perform data imports, data quality maintenance, and deduplication activities.
Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support.
Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Support Salesforce releases, testing, and change management activities.
Document configurations, processes, and best practices.
Requirements:
Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
+6 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud.
Strong experience designing and maintaining automations using Salesforce Flow.
Experience with reports, dashboards, validation rules, custom objects, page layouts, record types, and permission management.
Solid understanding of the Salesforce security model and data management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Nice-to-have:
Data & Analytics: Experience with Business Intelligence BI and reporting tools, such as QuickSight, Microsoft Power BI, or similar platforms.
System Integrations: Proven track record of integrating Salesforce with Stripe and other subscription-based applications.
