About the job：
Responsible for system planning, customized development, and daily operations and maintenance of the company’s Salesforce and MuleSoft platforms. Lead cross-platform data integration and process integration between Salesforce and core internal systems, such as Oracle ERP, to enhance global business operational efficiency and system stability.
In addition, you will serve as a key liaison between business units and external consulting teams, managing outsourced consultants and overseeing project deliverables and acceptance. You will also lead cross-functional collaboration across overseas subsidiaries and departments, while continuously evaluating and adopting forward-looking emerging technologies to build a robust and efficient IT architecture that supports the company’s global growth.

Responsibilities：

• Plan and maintain core functionalities of Salesforce (Sales Cloud) and MuleSoft to ensure stable and efficient global business operations.
• Plan and execute cross-platform data integration and API connectivity between Salesforce, Oracle ERP, and other core enterprise systems.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies that align with business needs to enhance system performance and operational efficiency.
• Support business requirement alignment, process harmonization, and solution implementation across global subsidiaries.
• Strengthen vendor management by overseeing outsourced consultants and partners, monitoring project progress, deliverable quality, and acceptance processes.

工作職責：

• Salesforce (Sales Clou)及Mulesoft核心功能規劃與日常維護，確保全球業務營運穩定、高效運作。
• 規劃並執行 Salesforce 與 Oracle ERP 等企業核心系統之跨平台資料整合與 API 串接流程。
• 持續評估並導入適合公司業務需求的新技術，提升系統效能與營運效率
• 協助跨國分公司業務需求、流程對齊（Alignment）與解決方案落地。
• 強化外包顧問／協力廠商管理（Vendor Management），檢視專案進度、交付品質與驗收控管。
