About the Role
Lead the design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions, working closely with product managers, delivery teams and technical stakeholders to shape architecture, guide implementation and support major transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Design solutions addressing performance, scalability, resilience and security
- Develop solution design documents, architecture artefacts and technical patterns
- Provide technical leadership, guidance and design reviews
- Present solutions through governance and technical forums
- Contribute to SAFe planning, PI, ART and sprint ceremonies
Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce Solution Architecture
- Strong experience delivering large and complex Salesforce implementations
- Practical Salesforce and Vlocity/OmniStudio experience
- Strong knowledge of enterprise integration designs and patterns
- Experience with performance, scalability, resilience and security architecture
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and technical leadership skill
Australian Citizenship & ability to obtain Negative Vetting 1 security clearance is a mandatory requirement for this position.
