Senior Salesforce Architect at BairesDev
As a Senior Salesforce Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of complex multi-cloud solutions that drive business transformation. You will act as a technical visionary, ensuring that enterprise-level integrations and data structures are scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational goals.
What You'll Do:
- Architect and govern end-to-end solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Data Cloud environments.
- Define robust integration patterns and middleware strategies to connect Salesforce with external enterprise systems.
- Lead the design of sophisticated data models and identity resolution frameworks to ensure a unified view of customer data.
- Oversee the development of custom components using Apex and Lightning Web Components to solve unique business challenges.
- Establish technical standards and best practices for development teams to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
- Provide strategic guidance on platform governance, security controls, and release management processes.
What we are looking for:
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce Architecture, Consulting, or Systems Engineering.
- Proven expertise in designing Salesforce multi-cloud architectures including Sales, Service, Marketing, and Data Cloud.
- Proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) for building custom enterprise solutions.
- Strong background in data modeling, identity resolution, and integration architecture patterns.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
