Senior Salesforce Consultant - Transformation Practice
Salary: $135,000 – $165,000 per year based on experience

We’re seeking a Senior Salesforce Consultant who can own client outcomes, shape solutions and lead complex workstreams. This is a client-facing, hands-on role spanning discovery, solution design and implementation.

Our high-performing team of strategic thinkers, industry experts and technical specialists deliver complex Salesforce transformations for some of Australia and New Zealand’s leading Nonprofit, Financial Services, Automotive and Health organisations.
Our solutions typically leverage Salesforce Core, Industry Clouds, Data 360, Marketing Cloud, Integration, Agentforce and Frontier AI models.
The Role
You'll own outcomes across complex workstreams end-to-end, including:
Discovery Facilitation
As a confident and clear communicator, you’ll facilitate collaborative discovery and design workshops that clarify client objectives and key results (OKRs), map current and future-state processes, and identify priorities and constraints.
You’ll be adept at surfacing ambiguity, testing assumptions and building alignment around what the team will deliver.
Solution Design
You’ll translate discovery insights into the solution blueprints, process maps, user stories and build specifications that give the delivery team a clear path to execute.
You’ll navigate complexity with clients and colleagues, evaluating options and trade-offs, engaging architects when decisions have broader solution implications and help shape a solution that will deliver impactful outcomes.
Solution Implementation
You’ll lead complex project workstreams end-to-end from planning, through to building, testing and releasing. You take ownership, driving towards deadlines and resolving issues before they impact delivery. Using our AI-enabled Salesforce development environment, you’ll apply AI-first ways of working to improve delivery quality, speed and consistency.
As a trusted Senior Consultant, you’ll support less experienced consultants through clear direction, peer review, mentoring and collaborative problem solving.
As go-live approaches, you’ll create change management and user training approaches that drive engagement and adoption.
Experience & Qualifications
You'll definitely have:
5+ years' Salesforce consulting experience.
A proven track record leading complex Salesforce workstreams from discovery through go-live.
Salesforce Administrator plus at least two consultant-level certifications.
Although not essential, it would be great if you have:
Salesforce project experience in the Nonprofit sector (not essential but highly valuable).
Certifications and hands-on project experience with Salesforce Industry Clouds (Nonprofit or Financial Services Cloud), Data 360, Agentforce, Tableau or CRM Analytics
Integration and complex data migration experience.
Experience using AI-enabled Salesforce delivery and development workflows.
Additional Salesforce or AI certifications.
