Senior Salesforce Consultant
Summary
Own and evolve the Salesforce platform roadmap, design secure data models and integrations, and lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce initiatives using Lightning, Flow, Apex, and middleware like MuleSoft.

- Define and enforce release management, change control, data governance, and documentation practices.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce initiatives from scoping and requirements to design, build, test, and deployment.
- Architect scalable solutions using Salesforce Lightning, Flow/Automation, Apex (where appropriate), and declarative approaches.
- Design data models, objects, relationships, validation rules, automation, and quoting/CPQ or service experiences as needed.
- Architect and implement secure integrations with ERP/ Marketing automation, data lakes, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) and APIs (REST/SOAP).
- Drive data quality: deduplication, standardization, migrations, data cleansing, and ongoing stewardship.
- Build dashboards and reports for executive sponsors and end users; translate business questions into measurable metrics.
- Partner with business units to continuously improve KPI tracking and decision-making.
- Manage scope, timelines, risks, and resource needs; partner with IT and business PMs to align priorities.
- Maintain backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria; participate in agile ceremonies as needed.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders, balance priorities, and communicate effectively with executives and end users.
- Where applicable, coordinate with external consultants or partners to deliver solutions.
What makes us successful together
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience; 2+ years in a client-side/in-house consultant or internal IT role
- Strong track record delivering multi-functional Salesforce initiatives (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, CPQ, Field Service, etc.) in multi-national company
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, sharing rules, and data governance.
- Proficiency with declarative automation (Flow, Process Builder, Workflow) and some programmatic options (Apex, LWC) as needed.
- Work together with a larger external supplier team, and need some skills to steer them and make sure that all external development work together using same processes, governance etc.
- Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and data migration/ETL tools.
- Familiarity with deployment/release management and version control practices.
- Strong business acumen; ability to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Communication in English in Oral and Written is essential.
