Senior Salesforce Developer maintains and enhances a B2B Salesforce platform, handling production support, incident resolution, and small-to-medium enhancements for Lead-to-Order and Order-to-Activation processes.

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join an international Run & Grow team responsible for supporting and continuously enhancing a Salesforce platform used across the B2B customer journey, covering processes from Lead-to-Order to Order-to-Activation. You will combine hands-on production support with Salesforce development, ensuring platform stability while delivering enhancements based on evolving business and customer needs.

Only candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in Poland

Project scope:
Provide day-to-day production support for the Salesforce platform
Manage, investigate, and resolve production incidents and application defects
Support Customer Service Representatives using Salesforce for B2B customer processes
Perform Salesforce administration activities related to production support
Handle deployments, service requests, data corrections, and data patching
Troubleshoot technical and functional issues to ensure platform stability and service continuity
Deliver small to medium-sized Salesforce enhancements based on business priorities and customer needs
Take ownership of assigned features and development tasks from requirements through successful delivery
Independently drive features through the complete development lifecycle
Support Salesforce processes covering the B2B customer journey, including Lead-to-Order and Order-to-Activation
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, planning sessions, refinements, and team collaboration activities
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and geographically distributed technical teams
Contribute to the continuous improvement, reliability, and evolution of the Salesforce platform
Competence demands:
5+ years of professional experience with Salesforce
Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development and production support
Salesforce OmniStudio certification and hands-on development experience – mandatory
Salesforce Industries (Telecommunications, Media & Energy) certification and practical experience – mandatory
Experience with Salesforce administration and configuration
Experience managing production incidents, service requests, defects, and troubleshooting activities
Hands-on experience with deployments, data corrections, and patching
Ability to independently take ownership of features and drive them through to successful completion
Experience working in Agile development environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Experience working with geographically distributed international teams
English at B2+ level
Nice to have:
Experience working within a large-scale Agile Release Train (ART) environment
Experience with Salesforce solutions supporting B2B customer journeys
Knowledge of Lead-to-Order and Order-to-Activation processes
Experience within telecommunications or similar complex enterprise environments
Strong understanding of user experience and pragmatic decision-making
Experience collaborating with internationally distributed teams
