TheSalesforce DevOps Engineeris responsible for building and operating reliableCI/CD and release processesfor Salesforce. The role combines strong DevOps automation skills with Salesforce deployment expertise to deliver changessafely, consistently, and with full traceabilityacross environments.

Key tasks:

• Drive the DevOps and release strategy for a global Salesforce Sales & Service implementation
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/Git, SFDX/sf CLI, validation deploys, automated tests, quality gates)
• Define environment and branching strategy, release governance, approvals, and rollback/hotfix procedures
• Troubleshoot deployment issues (metadata dependencies, test failures, permissions) and continuously improve speed and stability
• Enforce DevOps standards (PR policies, coding/deployment best practices, secrets management, auditability)
