Senior Salesforce Developer

A software delivery agency specialising in building high-performing product design and software development teams for clients across Europe and North America.

Responsibilities:

🌸Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flow;
🌸Configure and optimise Service Cloud functionalities, including Case Management, Service Console, queues, Omni-Channel routing, and service automation;
🌸Design and improve service workflows, including case assignment, escalation, and resolution;
🌸Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration patterns;
🌸Collaborate with enterprise IT teams on middleware-based integrations, including Informatica and SAP;
🌸Troubleshoot technical issues, support deployments, and ensure solution quality, security, and data consistency;
🌸Work with Customer Service, Operations, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Requirements:

💦5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Salesforce Service Cloud implementations;
💦Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow;
💦Working knowledge of Service Cloud features, particularly case management, Service Console, and service automation;
💦Experience developing and supporting integrations between Salesforce and external systems;
💦Understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, APIs, and integration best practices;
💦Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently;
💦Ability to work core hours aligned with U.S. Eastern Time.
