Summary
The role of a Senior Salesforce Developer primarily focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining tailored Salesforce solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within the organization. The Developer will work extensively in the Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments while ensuring seamless integration with external systems.
Responsibilities:
Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
Design and implement solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
Configure and develop Salesforce Flows, Triggers, and automation processes.
Implement Salesforce solutions following best practices for scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Manage deployments using Salesforce DX, AutoRABIT, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.
Implement and maintain security measures, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and access controls.
Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize existing Salesforce applications.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and other technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
Key Requirements:
5–6 years of Salesforce development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with:
Apex
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Visualforce
SOQL/SOSL
Triggers and Flows
Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP API integrations.
Experience with Salesforce DX, AutoRABIT, CI/CD, and Git.
Good understanding of Salesforce security and customization.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience in the Real Estate domain.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work in a remote and dynamic environment.
