Emanate Technology is partnering with a prominent national healthcare organization based in Melbourne. They are seeking a capable Salesforce Developer to help drive critical platform initiatives that directly support operations and service delivery.

This role is ideal for an experienced developer who understands complex systems, enterprise architecture, and the bigger picture. You will work within a mature environment alongside cross functional teams to design, build, and optimize complex Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build custom features using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and OmniStudio (OmniScript, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).
  
  
• Deliver reliable, scalable solutions supporting core platform capabilities and Field Service operations.
  
  
• Architect and maintain stable integrations using APIs, secure authentication patterns, and resilient error handling.
  
  
• Contribute to development standards, perform code reviews, and support platform governance.
  
  
• Optimize platform performance, data models, and security rules across a multi org environment.
  
  

What You Need to Bring

• The Ideal Profile: Practical experience with Salesforce Field Service combined with strong OmniStudio development is considered the ideal background for this role.
  
  
• Core Technical Stack: Strong hands on experience with Apex and LWC.
  
  
• Engineering Mindset: Deep understanding of governor limits, bulkification, data modeling, and secure coding practices.
  
  
• Communication: Strong stakeholder engagement skills to translate complex business needs into clean technical design.
  
  
• Enterprise Experience: Proven experience working in large scale environments like Banking, Financial Services, or Telco is highly regarded, as real world engineering depth is valued above formal certifications.
