To support our rapid scale, we’re seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our high-performing team and play a pivotal role in how we design and deploy Salesforce to maximise efficiency, intelligence, and customer engagement.
What You’ll Do
As a senior Salesforce expert, you'll:
Design, build, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce
Leverage Salesforce CRM, ServiceCloud, and Agentforce (Salesforce's latest AI-powered technology) to drive operational speed, intelligence, and automation across the business
Integrate Agentforce with Handy’s custom-built customer portal to enhance service, communication, and responsiveness
Lead scalable, maintainable Salesforce development aligned with best practices and enterprise design patterns
Build complex integrations with external systems using APIs, middleware, and webhooks
Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions in collaboration with Product and BA teams
Implement automated testing strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and release workflows
Conduct peer code reviews and mentor junior developers
Maintain strong platform governance and thorough technical documentation
Stay ahead of Salesforce innovations, platform updates, and AI advancements
What You’ll Bring
Over 5 years’ experience in Salesforce development.
Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modelling, and governor limits
Integration expertise using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms
Proven capability in automating workflows using Flow, Apex triggers, and declarative tools
Familiarity with customer-facing portals
Proficiency in Git, CI/CD, and DevOps tools
