This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on a high-value CRM ecosystem while working remotely across Latin America.

Accountabilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce, with LWC serving as the primary development standard.
  • Build and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud functionality, including Omni-Channel presence management, agent capacity rules, and automated work-routing architectures.
  • Develop reliable, high-throughput integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems using REST APIs, Bulk APIs, and Metadata APIs.
  • Integrate third-party SaaS applications, AppExchange packages, CTI/telephony solutions, and digital messaging platforms into the CRM ecosystem.
  • Develop custom components and backend services that improve business functionality, system scalability, and overall platform performance.
  • Execute technical work independently within Agile/Scrum sprints, including development, unit testing, troubleshooting, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams on technical decisions, implementation approaches, and system integrations.
  • Maintain and refactor legacy Salesforce components while supporting the evolution toward modern platform standards.
  • Design solutions that account for Salesforce governor limits, data volumes, asynchronous processing, and integration reliability.
  • Requirements

    • 5+ years of professional Salesforce development experience, preferably within complex enterprise environments.
    • Strong hands-on expertise with Apex, including triggers, controllers, batch processing, and asynchronous Apex.
    • Advanced experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC) and practical knowledge of Aura and Visualforce for maintaining and modernizing legacy solutions.
    • Deep practical knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, particularly Omni-Channel routing, presence configurations, and capacity management.
    • Proven experience developing integrations using Salesforce REST, Bulk, and Metadata APIs.
    • Familiarity with third-party SaaS integrations, AppExchange solutions, CTI, VoIP, or digital messaging platforms is valuable.
    • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, technical task execution, and tools such as JIRA.
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, scalability, bulkification, asynchronous processing, and governor-limit optimization.
    • Ability to work independently, take ownership of technical challenges, and collaborate effectively with distributed engineering teams.
    • Strong English communication skills, as interviews, technical documentation, team meetings, and operational communication are conducted in English.
    • Ability to maintain a minimum 6-hour overlap with US Central Time (CT) during a standard workday.
    • Benefits

      • Fully remote position for professionals based in Latin America.
      • Full-time contractor engagement.
      • Opportunity to work on a large-scale Salesforce Service Cloud modernization and integration initiative.
      • High level of technical ownership and autonomy.
      • Exposure to complex enterprise integrations, Service Cloud automation, and modern Salesforce development.
      • Collaboration with distributed international engineering teams.
      • Opportunity to work with modern Salesforce technologies, APIs, third-party platforms, and CRM architecture.
      • Potential to deepen expertise through complex technical challenges involving scalability, performance, and high-volume data processing.
      • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant, or JavaScript Developer I are valued and can support professional growth.
