We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of experience to play a key role in evolving and scaling our Salesforce platform. This role is vital to help support company growth through scalable architecture, aid in the revamp of our Salesforce change management and DevOps processes and contribute to multi-org consolidation initiatives. What you'll do
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, SOQL, and Flows, with limited support of legacy Aura/Visualforce where required.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into maintainable, scalable technical solutions aligned with company growth.
- Drive improvements to Salesforce change management and release processes, including evaluating and implementing DevOps tooling (e.g., Gearset or similar).
- Maintain high standards of code hygiene and quality using Jira for task management and CI/CD tools for automated deployment and testing.
- Support company expansion initiatives by designing solutions that enable multi-org strategy, consolidation, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely support and solutions to ensure platform stability and performance.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems via APIs, middleware, and third-party platforms.
- Participate in code reviews, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.
- Document technical designs, solutions, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to ensure our platform leverages the most current capabilities.
What you'll bring
- 5+ years of professional experience developing on the Salesforce platform, with hands-on experience across multiple environments and sandbox types.
- Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), including asynchronous Apex (Batch, Queueable, Future, Scheduled) and governor-limit-aware design for large-scale, high-volume processing.
- Working knowledge of Apex design patterns and trigger frameworks (e.g., Apex Enterprise Patterns) to ensure maintainable, scalable code.
- Strong unit-testing discipline, including Apex test class coverage and Jest-based testing for Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with source-driven development, Git-based version control and branching strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices in a Salesforce context.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs, middleware, and event-driven design using Platform Events.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization, including the platform's security model — CRUD/FLS enforcement, sharing rules, and secure coding practices.
- Experience with large data volumes (LDV) and performance optimization techniques in Salesforce.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders, backed by excellent problem-solving skills and strong written/verbal communication.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, Architect) strongly preferred.
- CPQ/Dealhub experience
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools related to Salesforce development.
- Experience with data migration and ETL tools in Salesforce.
- Ability to mentor and guide less experienced team members.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Salary Range: RON 315,000 – 378,000
- Base pay depends on many factors, such as location, education, experience, and skills.
