Senior Salesforce Developer

Salary: £39,000 - 72,500 per year

Requirements:
  • 5 or more years of Salesforce development experience
  • Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce platform development
  • Sales and Service Cloud experience
  • Ideally experience with Data Cloud, MuleSoft and AWS integrations
  • Experience delivering complex API integrations
  • Solid understanding of modern development practices, source control and deployment pipelines
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification; additional certifications are a bonus
  • Confidence engaging with stakeholders, leading technical discussions and mentoring others
  • Platform Developer II or Architecture certifications are desirable
Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow and enterprise design patterns
  • Build secure integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, webhooks and OAuth
  • Lead code reviews and champion development best practices across the team
  • Work closely with Solution Architects and clients to turn business requirements into elegant technical solutions
  • Drive modern DevOps practices using Git, Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines
  • Mentor developers and help shape technical standards across projects
  • Lead the technical delivery of sophisticated Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds
  • Take ownership of technical decisions and collaborate with Architects and Consultants
