Remote senior Salesforce engineer role (based in Tallinn) building custom Apex and Lightning Web Components solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, migrating legacy logic into a tested architecture, integrating via REST/SOAP APIs, and shipping through Salesforce DX and CI/CD.
Cortance is looking for a Senior Salesforce Engineer to join a project involving custom development and integration work across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including a migration of legacy business logic into a modern, well-tested Salesforce architecture.
What you'll do
- Design and build custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools (Flow, Process Builder migration to Flow);
- Migrate legacy workflows, triggers, and business logic into a clean, maintainable, well-tested architecture;
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or platform events;
- Own the Salesforce data model — object design, relationships, sharing rules, and security architecture;
- Manage deployments through Salesforce DX, version control, and CI/CD pipelines;
- Write and maintain Apex test coverage;
- Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Copilot, etc.) to speed up development, testing, and documentation;
- Diagnose and resolve performance issues — governor limits, query optimization, and bulkification.

- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including 2+ years in a senior or lead capacity;
- Strong Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL;

- Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud configuration and customization;
- Practical experience with Flow (and migrating legacy Process Builder/Workflow Rule logic to Flow);
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (or equivalent hands-on experience).
Integration & delivery
- Experience building integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, or middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar);
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, source-driven development, and CI/CD pipelines (Gearset, Copado, GitHub Actions, or similar);
- Experience with data migration into or within Salesforce — Data Loader, ETL tools, or custom migration scripts;
