- Build solutions on an event-driven architecture (Platform Events, Change Data Capture) to ensure scalable and responsive system design.
- Develop and maintain API integrations with external systems and services.
- Collaborate on data modeling to support new features and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Update and optimize Salesforce Flows as part of overall solution delivery.
- Partner with admins, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable and efficient solutions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience as a Salesforce Developer; Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification preferred.
- Deep understanding of Apex, LWC, API development, and integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience with event-driven design (e.g., Platform Events, Change Data Capture).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling and performance optimization.
- Strong coding, debugging, and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on clean, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to manage priorities across multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and cross-functional teams.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance development workflows, with sound judgment in their application.
- Passion for continuous learning and growth.
Nice to have:
- Salesforce Platform Developer II, Integration Architecture Designer, or Data Architecture certifications
