Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect (f/m/x)

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect to engage with the Product Management Team in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud area. In this role, you will design robust, scalable, and business-aligned solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translating business requirements into technical designs while ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture guidelines. This position offers flexibility with remote, hybrid, or office work options across various locations in Poland.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and strong technical knowledge of its core capabilities
- Ability to create solution designs for SFMC-based marketing technology solutions and understanding of SFMC architecture, data model, automations, journeys, segmentation, and campaign execution
- Proven experience with SFMC integrations with external systems, data platforms, CRM systems, APIs, or middleware
- Ability to challenge, explain, and defend technical design decisions in front of Architects and senior technical stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Fluency in English
