Senior Salesforce QA Analyst

Salary: £70,000 - 70,000 per year

• At least three years of software-testing experience
• At least two years of experience testing Salesforce solutions
• Hands-on test-automation experience, ideally with Playwright or Cypress
• Experience writing test scripts, test cases and test plans
• Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Salesforce customisations
• Familiarity with Jira, Bugzilla or a similar defect-management platform
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills
• An organised, quality-focused approach

• Develop test strategies, plans, cases and reusable test scripts
• Test Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and customised solutions
• Build and maintain automated regression tests
• Perform manual, regression, integration and performance testing
• Test APIs and system integrations
• Coordinate UAT with business stakeholders
• Record and manage defects through to resolution
• Maintain Salesforce test environments, sandboxes and test data
• Report on test execution, coverage, risks and defect trends
• Support junior testers and improve QA processes
• Work with developers, business analysts, project managers and operational stakeholders to ensure new functionality, platform changes and integrations are reliable and fit for purpose
