At PowerPusher, we're investing in technology, strengthening our systems, and building for the future. We're looking for a Senior Salesforce Solutions Lead/Architect who is excited to do more than maintain a platform; someone who wants to help shape how technology drives business success.

As our Senior Salesforce Solutions Lead/Architect, you'll serve as the primary Salesforce expert supporting both companies.

This is a hands-on technical leadership position that combines Salesforce architecture, administration, custom development, integrations, and business process improvement.

You'll collaborate with business leaders, understand operational challenges, design practical solutions, and help shape the Salesforce roadmap.

What You'll Do

• Lead Salesforce solution design, architecture, development, and continuous improvement across both companies.
• Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce functionality using Apex, SOQL, Salesforce Flow, and Lightning Web Components.
• Build and support integrations between Salesforce and other business applications.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and technical teams to understand business needs and develop scalable solutions.
• Support Salesforce Partner Portal functionality, automation, security, and data integrity.
• Help develop and execute a Salesforce roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Establish best practices for development, testing, documentation, deployment, and platform governance.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and guidance to team members.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with business acumen, curiosity, and a solutions-oriented mindset.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, and relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including administration, configuration, and custom development.
• Strong experience with Apex, Salesforce Flow, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce security.
• Experience developing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CRM business processes.
• Experience gathering requirements, designing solutions, and independently delivering enhancements.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while collaborating with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications, including Administrator, Platform Developer I, or Platform App Builder.
• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Revenue Cloud, or CPQ.
• Experience with NetSuite, MuleSoft, or other ERP and integration platforms.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and Salesforce DevOps tools.
• Experience supporting multiple business units or mentoring technical team members.
• Background in manufacturing, distribution, or B2B environments.

Position Details

• Location: Shakopee, Minnesota
• Employment Type: Full-Time | Exempt
• Salary Range: $120,000–$145,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
• Benefits: Eligible employees may participate in company-sponsored medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, and retirement savings benefits, subject to applicable plan terms.
