Senior Salesforce Support Engineer
Salary: $110 - $140ph (inc-Super) - weekly pay options
- 12 + 12 month contract - 37.5 hours pw

Our client, an independent Federal Government agency responsible for implementing and administering the National Disability Insurance Scheme, require the services of a Senior Salesforce Support Engineer.
Duties of the Senior Salesforce Support Engineer
- Provide technical support, administration & configuration for enterprise Salesforce applications, including Service Cloud, Health Cloud & Digital Experience;
- Investigate, troubleshoot & resolve complex Level 2 incidents & service requests, including interrogation of system logs, analysis of platform behaviour & identification of root causes;
- Administer Salesforce users, licences & security controls, including roles, profiles, permission sets, public groups, sharing rules & user access.
- Configure, maintain & troubleshoot Salesforce functionality & declarative automation, including Flows, in accordance with business & technical requirements;
- Undertake data management activities, including data analysis, data loading, reporting & investigation of data‑related issues;
- Assess Salesforce releases, platform updates & changes to identify potential impacts, dependencies & functionality requirements across affected applications & business areas;
- Develop capability in & provide support for emerging Salesforce technologies & functionality, including Salesforce Industries OmniStudio (Vlocity).
Skills and Experience Required
- Demonstrated experience administering, configuring & supporting enterprise Salesforce solutions, including Service Cloud, Health Cloud &/or Digital Experience, within a complex ICT environment;
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration & security, including user & licence management, roles, profiles, permission sets, public groups, sharing rules & access controls;
- Demonstrated experience configuring & troubleshooting Salesforce declarative automation, including Flows, & analysing complex business processes & rules to determine appropriate platform solutions;
- Experience undertaking Salesforce data management & analysis, including data loading, reporting & data quality activities, together with assessing Salesforce releases & platform changes for potential impacts & dependencies;
- Experience with Salesforce Industries OmniStudio (Vlocity) or demonstrated experience supporting comparable Salesforce Industries capabilities (desired);
- Relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder or other certifications relevant to Salesforce platform support & administration (desired);
- Experience supporting Salesforce solutions within a large, complex Australian Government or similarly regulated enterprise environment (desired);
- Experience supporting integrated Salesforce environments, including APIs, external systems & enterprise integration patterns, with an understanding of upstream & downstream system dependencies (desired).
