Senior Salon Operations Manager – Premium Ladies' Beauty Salons

PRO Nails & Beauty is seeking a highly experienced, hands-on Senior Operations Manager to oversee two established premium ladies-only beauty salons in Dubai.

We are specifically looking for a candidate with extensive experience in the UAE beauty salon industry, strong industry connections, and comprehensive knowledge of salon operations, beauty treatments, products, suppliers, and service standards.



This position requires an experienced professional who can take immediate ownership of daily operations, independently lead the team, and drive business performance without extensive training or supervision.

Beauty Industry Expertise & Network

• Extensive hands-on experience managing premium ladies' beauty salons in Dubai.
• Comprehensive understanding of nail, hair, lash, brow, facial, and body treatment operations.
• Strong knowledge of professional beauty products, equipment, and treatment protocols.
• Established relationships with UAE beauty product distributors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Experience negotiating supplier agreements, managing purchasing, and controlling product costs.
• Strong understanding of Dubai's premium beauty market, client expectations, pricing, and competitors.
• Ability to identify new beauty trends, introduce profitable services, and improve existing treatment offerings.
• Existing professional network within Dubai's beauty industry, including potential recruitment contacts.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of management experience specifically within the beauty salon industry, preferably in Dubai.
• Proven experience as a Senior Salon Manager, Operations Manager, or General Manager.
• Previous experience managing multiple beauty salon branches is strongly preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of beauty treatments, salon operations, professional products, and industry standards.
• Established network of beauty suppliers, distributors, and industry professionals in the UAE.
• Proven track record of improving salon revenue, staff productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of salon sales, client retention, booking management, and service profitability.
• Experience managing large teams of beauty professionals.
• Ability to independently handle daily operations, staff issues, supplier relationships, and client concerns.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluent English is essential.
• Must be available to work on-site across both branches.
• Must be able to take full operational responsibility from the beginning, with minimal training.

This is a fully on-site management role within ladies-only beauty salons, requiring regular presence in female-only treatment areas.
