Senior SAP BASIS Support Consultant :

Location : Remote.

Duration : Contract Position.

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP BASIS Support Consultant to manage SAP system administration, performance, upgrades, integrations, and production support across a complex SAP landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform SAP system monitoring, administration, and health checks.

- Manage SAP patching, kernel upgrades, Support Packages, and system upgrades.

- Handle SAP transport management using TMS, CTS+, and ChaRM.

- Troubleshoot system performance, dumps, logs, and production issues.

- Support SAP HANA database administration, backup/restore, and performance tuning.

- Execute SAP system copies, client copies, and system refreshes.

- Support SAP security, authorization troubleshooting, RFC security, and TLS/SSL certificates.

- Manage L2/L3 production incidents, root-cause analysis, and high-priority issues.

- Support SAP BTP connectivity, Cloud Connector, and middleware integrations.

- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and runbooks.

- Collaborate with infrastructure, functional, and project teams in an Agile environment.

Required Skills :

- 14+ years of SAP BASIS experience.

- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and SAP HANA.

- Experience with BW/4HANA, SAP PO/PI, Gateway, and Solution Manager.

- SAP system upgrades, patching, and performance troubleshooting.

- TMS, CTS+, ChaRM, system copies, and refreshes.

- SAP HANA administration and database performance tuning.

- SAP security and authorization support.

- Production incident management and root-cause analysis.

- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and Agile methodologies.

- Willingness to participate in on-call support rotations as required.
