Senior SAP CO Consultant

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior SAP CO Consultant to join an international team delivering a large-scale SAP transformation program focused on implementing the SAP CX portfolio across a global organization. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing SAP Controlling solutions within an SAP S/4HANA landscape, working closely with business stakeholders to optimize financial controlling, profitability analysis, and service-related processes.

Project scope:

• Design and implement SAP Controlling (CO) solutions within SAP S/4HANA environments

• Configure and optimize Cost Center Accounting (CCA), including allocations, assessments, distributions, and activity allocations

• Design and maintain organizational structures supporting controlling processes

• Configure and support Internal Orders, settlement rules, and period-end settlement activities

• Implement and optimize SAP S/4HANA Margin Analysis (Account-Based CO-PA) for profitability reporting

• Develop derivation logic and ensure accurate FI/CO reconciliation

• Collaborate with Finance, CRM, and Service teams to deliver integrated business processes

• Support service-related profitability analysis and financial transparency initiatives

• Configure and optimize Results Analysis (WIP), accruals, deferred revenues, and period-end closing activities

• Ensure proper integration with the Universal Journal (ACDOCA) and SAP S/4HANA Finance

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP CO solutions

• Support testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live activities, and post-implementation support

Competence demands:

• 7+ years of professional experience as an SAP CO Consultant

• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments

• Strong expertise in Cost Center Accounting (CCA), including allocations, assessments, distributions, activity allocations, and organizational structures

• Experience with Internal Orders, settlement rules, and period-end settlement processes

• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Margin Analysis (Account-Based CO-PA)

• Strong understanding of profitability reporting, derivation logic, and FI/CO reconciliation

• Experience integrating SAP CO with CRM and/or SAP Service solutions

• Good knowledge of Results Analysis (WIP – KKAI/KKAJ), accruals, deferred revenues, and period-end closing

• Solid understanding of the Universal Journal (ACDOCA) and SAP S/4HANA Finance integration

• Experience working in international SAP implementation or transformation projects

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Very good English skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with SAP CX solutions

• Knowledge of SAP FI configuration and integration

• Experience with global SAP transformation programs

• SAP certification in SAP CO or SAP S/4HANA Finance
