JOB DESCRIPTION
Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation, rollout, and support projects, including greenfield, brownfield, and Central Finance programs.
Drive Fit-Gap analysis, AS-IS/TO-BE design, Fit-to-Standard workshops, and clean core solutioning aligned with SAP Activate methodology.
Configure and support core FICO modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Material Ledger, and COPA.
Own data migration activities: source-to-target mapping, data profiling, cleansing, cutover planning, and post-conversion reconciliation.
Lead and mentor offshore/onshore delivery teams through SIT, UAT, regression testing, and hypercare support.
Manage banking and treasury integrations (e.g., Host-to-Host, DME, BCM, MBC) and country-specific tax/statutory configurations.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Logistics, Sales, Procurement) and present at Steering Committee and executive-level reviews.
Support integration with third-party and boundary systems (e.g., VIM, Concur, Coupa, Blackline, Ariba) via IDOC, BAPI, or API.
Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of SAP Finance and Controlling experience across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA (Public/Private Cloud).
- Proven track record leading full-cycle implementations, rollouts, Central Finance migrations, and COA retrofits.
- Strong functional expertise in FICO sub-modules: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, CCA, PCA, Product Costing, Result Analysis, Material Ledger, Project Systems, and COPA.
- Hands-on experience with data migration tools and methods (LSMW, SQL, SLT, X-Ref templates) and reconciliation controls.
- Experience with banking interfaces, ISO 20022, and SAP VIM or similar invoice management solutions.
- Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, and exposure to emerging capabilities like Generative AI/Agentic AI and SAP Joule.
