We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Consultant with a strong background in logistics and SAP WM, LE and LO/MM-IM processes. In this role, you will be responsible for application operations, consulting, process optimization and further development of SAP-based logistics solutions, including SAP S/4HANA.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure reliable application operations and support within the logistics area.
- Take responsibility for the support and customization of SAP WM, LE and LO (MM-IM) modules.
- Advise and support business stakeholders in the design, optimization and implementation of business processes.
- Design and develop new business processes within the existing application landscape.
- Shape future application services in close collaboration with business stakeholders and relevant IT teams.
- Standardize, harmonize, optimize and continuously develop logistics systems and application services, including SAP S/4HANA solutions.
- Participate actively in Application Management Services (AMS) projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from planning and coordination through implementation.
- Take responsibility for sub-project management, including planning, coordination and delivery.
- Analyze and troubleshoot application issues and coordinate their resolution with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and modernization of the SAP logistics application landscape.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience in SAP consulting, application management, IT consulting or a comparable role.
- Strong knowledge of SAP logistics applications, particularly SAP WM, LE and LO/MM-IM, including related business processes, customization and troubleshooting.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of logistics-related business processes and their integration within the SAP environment.
- High level of initiative and motivation to learn and work with new SAP and non-SAP applications and technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently collaborate with internal business customers and external service providers.
- Independent, results-oriented and collaborative working style.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Business-fluent English and Hungarian
- University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable field.
