Position: Senior SAP / E2Open Operations & Support Engineer
Location: San Jose, CA

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior SAP / E2Open Operations & Support Engineer with strong hands-on experience in SAP supply chain modules and E2Open integration platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production support, incident resolution, integration monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining seamless data flows between SAP and E2Open environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle L2 production support, incident triage, debugging, and resolution across SAP (PP, MM, SD, QM) and E2Open.

• Troubleshoot SAP IDocs, error logs, queues, interface failures, and message payloads.

• Configure and maintain workflows, master data, mappings, and system interfaces.

• Monitor EDI/API transmissions, batch jobs, and data feeds between SAP, E2Open, suppliers, and semiconductor manufacturing partners.

• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent technical fixes.

• Develop SQL queries, scripts, automated alerts, and technical runbooks to improve operational efficiency.

• Troubleshoot SAP integration technologies, including PI/PO, CPI, APIs, and Web Services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of hands-on SAP technical configuration and production support experience.

• Strong experience with E2Open supply chain integration platforms.

• Expertise in SAP PP, MM, SD, and/or QM modules.

• Strong knowledge of SAP IDocs, PI/PO, CPI, EDI, APIs, and Web Services.

• Experience with SQL queries, scripting, message mappings, and data troubleshooting.

• Semiconductor or silicon manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred.

• Strong experience supporting mission-critical production environments and resolving complex integration issues.

• Must be comfortable working in a hands-on technical support role.

Preferred Industry Experience: Semiconductor / Silicon Manufacturing.
