Senior SAP EWM Consultant
Summary
Senior SAP EWM Consultant role in Warsaw, Poland, implementing and optimizing SAP Extended Warehouse Management solutions. Works with clients to configure warehouse processes, manage inventory, and support logistics operations within the SAP ecosystem.
Requirements
7+ years of experience as an SAP EWM Consultant in end-to-end implementations.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP EWM configuration and customization.
Experience in business requirements gathering and functional specifications.
Solid knowledge of SAP EWM processes (inbound, outbound, internal, inventory).
Experience integrating EWM with SAP S/4HANA (MM, SD, PP, TM, QM).
Experience with PP-EWM and external integrations (MES, 3PL).
Experience with RF Framework configuration/enhancements.
Knowledge of IDoc, qRFC, and integration troubleshooting.
Experience in testing (unit, integration, UAT) and training.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
English proficiency.
Nice to have
Pharmaceutical industry experience.
GMP/GxP environment experience.
SAP EWM certification.
Responsibilities
EWM Implementation: End-to-end SAP EWM project delivery (requirements, design, configuration, testing, go-live support).
Requirement Analysis: Gather and translate business needs into specifications.
Solution Design: Configure SAP EWM and integrate with S/4HANA (MM, SD, PP, TM, QM) and external systems (MES, 3PL), including RF solutions.
Warehouse Processes: Configure inbound, outbound, inventory, and production integration (PP-EWM).
Testing & Support: Execute testing, resolve issues (IDoc, queues), and support UAT/go-live.
Documentation & Training: Prepare documentation and deliver user training.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business and project teams across all phases.
