Warsaw based opportunity for a Senior SAP / IT Recruiter role

(hybrid, 3 days in the office)

What you’ll do

• Deliver high-quality SAP & IT candidates to our clients across the CEE region

• Partner closely with Sales Consultants to understand client needs and project timelines

• Source, qualify and manage relationships with top tech professionals (SAP, Data & AI, Software Development, Cloud & Infrastructure and Cyber Security)

• Build and maintain a strong candidate network in outsourcing / contracting space

• Provide market insights and help identify new business opportunities

What we’re looking for

• Experience working in a SAP or IT recruitment agency (min. 2 - 3 years), ideally in contracting / outsourcing model

• Familiarity with SAP / Business Applications domain or certain IT verticals

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills – you know how to engage candidates and keep them motivated

• Proactive mindset and commercial awareness – you understand what drives both candidates and clients

• A team player who’s ambitious, organised and appreciates great atmosphere at work
