- 8?12 years of SAP consulting experience with strong focus on SAP PM and SAP CS.
- Hands-on experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Proven experience in full lifecycle implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
- Strong expertise in maintenance management and customer service business processes.
- Experience in AMS delivery, incident management, and production support environments.
- Knowledge of SAP integration concepts including IDocs, Interfaces, RFCs, and Batch Jobs.
- Ability to work effectively with ABAP teams for custom enhancements and developments.
- Strong understanding of SAP master data, transactional processes, and integration touchpoints.
- Experience in business requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing consulting abilities.
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and leadership in project delivery.
