Senior SAP PM/CS Lead

We are looking for experienced SAP PM/CS professionals to join a large-scale S/4HANA transformation initiative within the industrial sector. This position is designed for senior consultants who can take ownership of critical project phases and provide both leadership and technical expertise during system transition activities.

Role overview:

As a Senior SAP PM/CS Lead, you will play a key role in guiding the migration process, ensuring alignment between business and technical teams, and maintaining high-quality standards across all service and maintenance-related processes. You will act as a central point of coordination during key deployment stages and support decision-making in complex scenarios.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate activities related to system transition and data migration within SAP PM/CS

• Provide expert guidance on service and maintenance processes throughout the project lifecycle

• Act as an escalation point for complex issues and support resolution of critical cases

• Lead and mentor less experienced team members involved in execution tasks

• Ensure data consistency and support validation activities during system transformation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth project delivery

Requirements:

• Extensive experience (6+ years) working with SAP PM and/or CS modules

• Strong background in leading or coordinating SAP-related initiatives

• Solid understanding of service and maintenance business processes

• Experience in large transformation programs, preferably involving S/4HANA

• Ability to manage complex situations and provide structured problem-solving

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international environment

Nice to have:

• Previous involvement in system transition or go-live phases

• Familiarity with data validation and migration processes in SAP environments
