Senior SAP Program Manager / SAP Consulting Lead – SAP PM & Retail
Salary: $10,000 – $12,000 per month
About the role
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior SAP Program Manager / SAP Consulting Lead with strong SAP S/4HANA transformation experience and exposure to SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). The successful candidate will lead large-scale SAP transformation initiatives and work closely with senior business stakeholders, technology teams and consulting partners. The ideal candidate should have experience working with Retail, FMCG, Consumer Products or other asset-intensive businesses, with a broad SAP functional background across SAP PM and related modules such as MM, SD, PP and SCM.
Key responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation programmes across regional or global environments.
Provide senior-level leadership across SAP PM and integrated SAP business processes.
Drive programme governance, project planning, delivery, risk and issue management, budget tracking and executive reporting.
Lead solution and business process discussions involving SAP PM / Plant Maintenance, Asset Management and related SAP Logistics processes.
Work across SAP PM integration with modules such as MM, SD, PP, FI/CO and Supply Chain.
Manage senior stakeholders, business users, Product Owners, SAP functional teams, system integrators and external vendors.
Lead workshops, requirements discussions, solution design and transformation roadmap activities.
Support SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, migration and optimisation initiatives.
Drive global/regional template development and rollout across multiple markets.
Ensure successful delivery across the full SAP programme lifecycle, including design, build, testing, cutover and go-live.
About you
15+ years of SAP / IT consulting experience, preferably within a major consulting or system integration organisation.
Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
Strong SAP functional knowledge with SAP PM / Plant Maintenance exposure.
Experience across SAP Logistics / Supply Chain modules such as PM, MM, SD, PP, WM or SCM.
Previous experience in Retail, FMCG, Consumer Products, Manufacturing or similar industries.
Proven experience managing large-scale regional or global SAP programmes.
Strong experience in stakeholder management and engagement with senior business / technology leadership.
Experience managing system integrators, vendors and distributed delivery teams.
Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodologies such as SAP Activate, Agile and/or Waterfall.
Excellent communication, leadership and programme management skills.
