Senior SAP Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery (initiate, plan, execute, monitor, close) ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate appropriately to leadership.

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.

• Provide regular status reporting, insights, and decision support to senior stakeholders.

• Coordinate and manage vendors and service providers to ensure adherence to deliverables and SLAs.

• Facilitate cross-functional alignment between business, IT teams, and external partners.

• Drive high-performance teamwork and ensure accountability across delivery teams.

• Support smooth transition from project delivery to operations (handover, hypercare, stabilization).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or any IT related course.

• 5-10 years' experience in SAP Project Management leading end-to-end systems implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects.

• The ideal candidate has systems expertise, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in delivering complex transformation programs.

• S/4HANA experience required.

• SAP or other relevant certification is a plus (e.g. PMP).

• Can start asap.

• Willing to work onsite at Old Balara, Quezon City.
