Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Treasury Consultant to lead and support global SAP Finance and Treasury transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and configuration expertise across SAP Treasury processes, including Cash and Liquidity Management, Treasury and Risk Management (TRM), Bank Communication Management (BCM), Bank Account Management (BAM), and In-House Cash (IHC).

The candidate will be responsible for translating complex treasury and finance requirements into scalable SAP solutions, leading end-to-end implementations, managing banking and third-party integrations, and ensuring seamless integration with SAP Finance and Accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. SAP S/4HANA Treasury Implementation

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance and Treasury implementations from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization.

• Drive Fit-to-Standard workshops and recommend scalable solutions while minimizing unnecessary customizations.

• Evaluate solution alternatives and provide practical recommendations aligned with business requirements.

• Support global treasury transformation initiatives and enterprise implementation programs.

2. Treasury Functional Expertise

• Configure and support SAP Cash and Liquidity Management.

• Implement and support SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).

• Configure Bank Communication Management (BCM) and Bank Account Management (BAM).

• Support In-House Cash (IHC) capabilities and related treasury processes.

• Design and support Money Market, Foreign Exchange (FX), and FX Hedging processes.

• Develop end-to-end solutions for cash management, liquidity, banking, payments, and financial risk management.

3. Banking & Third-Party Integrations

• Design and support integrations between SAP S/4HANA and banking platforms.

• Work on integrations with third-party treasury and trading solutions such as:

  • Kyriba

  • FXALL

  • Bloomberg

  • Serrala

• Ensure seamless payment processing, bank connectivity, data exchange, and transaction reconciliation.

• Troubleshoot complex functional and integration issues across SAP and external platforms.

4. SAP Finance & Accounting Integration

• Ensure seamless integration between Treasury and SAP Finance/Accounting processes.

• Work with SAP master data and related finance processes.

• Support financial postings, valuations, settlements, payments, and accounting integration.

• Ensure accurate data flow across treasury, banking, and financial systems.

5. Functional Specifications & Solution Design

• Gather and analyze business requirements from Treasury, Finance, Banking, and Accounting stakeholders.

• Develop functional specifications for interfaces, enhancements, reports, workflows, and data conversions.

• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver custom developments and integrations.

• Ensure solution designs align with enterprise architecture and business objectives.

6. Testing & Deployment

• Lead functional testing activities, including:

  • System Integration Testing (SIT)

  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  • Regression Testing

  • Cutover and Go-Live

  • Post-production support and stabilization

• Validate end-to-end treasury and finance business processes.

• Support issue resolution and ensure successful implementation readiness.

7. Stakeholder & Delivery Management

• Facilitate workshops with Treasury, Finance, Banking, Accounting, Integration, and IT teams.

• Coordinate with global business and technical delivery teams.

• Communicate solution designs, risks, dependencies, and project progress.

• Provide functional leadership and drive complex issues through resolution.

Required Technical & Functional Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and Treasury implementations.

• Deep functional and configuration knowledge of:

  • SAP Cash and Liquidity Management

  • SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM)

  • Bank Communication Management (BCM)

  • Bank Account Management (BAM)

  • In-House Cash (IHC)

  • Money Market

  • Foreign Exchange (FX) and FX Hedging

• Strong understanding of treasury operations, banking, payments, accounting principles, financial processes, and financial controls.

• Experience integrating SAP with banks and third-party treasury/trading platforms such as Kyriba, FXALL, Bloomberg, and Serrala.

• Strong understanding of SAP master data and integration with broader SAP Finance processes.

• Experience preparing functional specifications and working with technical teams on enhancements and integrations.

• Strong understanding of SDLC and enterprise implementation methodologies.

• Ability to troubleshoot complex functional and integration issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP Advanced Payment Management (APM).

• Knowledge of SAP Extended Cash Management.

• Experience in large-scale global SAP Finance and Treasury transformation programs.

• Exposure to enterprise banking connectivity and treasury integration solutions.
