Summary
A senior consultant (10+ years SAP) leads end-to-end S/4HANA technical design, migrations, and integrations using ABAP RAP/CDS/AMDP, SAP CPI, and OData, while embedding AI/ML capabilities (SAP AI Core, Joule) and tuning HANA performance. Onsite in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia; open to Saudi nationals only.
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Technical Consultant with over 10 years of expertise in SAP S/4HANA to lead complex technical implementations, migrations, and optimizations. The ideal candidate will not only possess deep technical mastery of the SAP ecosystem but also demonstrate a strong understanding of how Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) can be integrated into SAP solutions to drive business innovation. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between traditional SAP technical architecture and modern AI-driven capabilities, ensuring scalable, secure, and intelligent enterprise solutions.

Main Responsibilities
SAP S/4HANA Technical Leadership:
Lead end-to-end technical design, development, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA solutions (On-premise, Private Cloud, or Public Cloud).
Architect and optimize complex integrations using SAP Integration Suite, CPI (Cloud Platform Integration), and OData services.
Perform technical assessments, gap analysis, and migration strategies for S/4HANA conversions (Brownfield/Greenfield).
Develop custom ABAP objects, including ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP), AMDP, and Core Data Services (CDS) views.
AI & Intelligent Enterprise Integration:
Identify opportunities to integrate SAP AI Core, SAP AI Business Services, and SAP Joule into existing S/4HANA landscapes.
Collaborate with data scientists and AI teams to embed predictive analytics, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision capabilities into SAP workflows.
Design and implement AI-driven automation for processes such as intelligent invoice processing, demand forecasting, and predictive maintenance.
Ensure data quality and governance standards are met to support AI/ML model training and inference within the SAP ecosystem.
Technical Optimization & Performance:
Conduct performance tuning and HANA database optimization to ensure high availability and low latency.
Implement security best practices, including role-based access control (RBAC) and data encryption.
Mentor junior technical consultants and provide thought leadership on SAP technology trends.
Key Requirements
SAP S/4HANA: 10+ years of total SAP experience, with at least 5+ years specifically in S/4HANA technical roles.
ABAP & Development: Expert-level proficiency in ABAP, ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, and RAP.
Integration: Strong experience with SAP PI/PO, CPI, IDocs, RFC, and REST/OData APIs.
Database: Deep understanding of SAP HANA database architecture, SQLScript, and performance tuning.
Cloud: Experience with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and cloud-native development.
