As a Senior Scientist (Anatomic Pathology), you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Perform and document analytical testing accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with SOPs, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
  • Analyze routine and moderately complex laboratory data, investigate deviations, troubleshoot technical issues, and escalate findings when necessary.
  • Lead quality investigations, perform root cause analysis, manage CAPAs, and drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency and performance.
  • Oversee method transfers, assay implementation, and validation activities while ensuring laboratory methods are sustainable, scalable, and compliant.
  • Prepare and maintain laboratory documentation, including SOPs, validation reports, assay records, and data uploads to LIMS, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Train, mentor, and provide technical guidance to laboratory staff, supporting competency development and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Perform laboratory operational activities, including equipment calibration and maintenance, reagent and buffer preparation, and providing operational backup as required.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support assay development, technology implementation, laboratory projects, and continuous compliance with safety, quality, and 6S initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Sciences or relevant field
  • At least 2 years of relevant discipline
